Description of Service

NekoMind provides a cloud-based AI-powered knowledge graph platform. The Service allows you to create, organize, and share knowledge graphs with AI-assisted content generation, including mindmaps, cards, summaries, outlines, and other structured content.

Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription Plans and Payment

Trial Period

We offer a 14-day free trial with limited features. No payment information is required to start a trial.

Paid Subscriptions

After the trial period, you may upgrade to a paid subscription:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• You can cancel your subscription at any time

AI Credits

AI features require credits. Credits are included with paid plans and can be purchased separately. Unused credits do not expire. Credit usage varies by feature complexity.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service to harass or harm others
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use automated tools to access the Service without authorization
• Use AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content

Content Ownership and License

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and upload to the Service, including AI-generated content based on your inputs. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by NekoMind and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI features is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI outputs.

Data Backup and Loss

While we implement backup systems, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of your content. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of data.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NekoMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Indemnification
